Congress Registration

Congress Dates: Monday, 7 December - Friday, 11 December

If you are experiencing difficulties with your registration, please proceed with your registration and generate your invoice, but do not make payment at this stage. If you are trying to take advantage of the Early Bird rate, Congress staff can address any registration issues, including approving membership, over the coming days.

Registration fees have been deliberately kept as low as possible to ensure as many members of the physics community as possible can attend and participate.

All ticket prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Early bird registration closes 28 August 2026. Please note Optica and SPIE members are eligible to register for the cognate/reciprocal membership.We encourage all AIP members to update their membership to ensure their eligibility for member discounts. This can take up to 5 days to confirm.

Please note that AIP membership is NOT required to register for events. If you are applying for membership prior to registration please allow up to 5 days for your membership to be approved. Please enter your email address to begin an event registration.

However, AIP members can access discounted registration rates (if available) by using their member email below, and you will then be asked to log in to your member profile.  Members of our cognate and reciprocal societies should first register here to access discounted registration rates. Please note Optica and SPIE members are eligible to register for the cognate/reciprocal membership rates.
