Abstract SubmissionSubmitting an abstract? The AIP use Indico for abstract submissions. Indico will serve as a central repository for congress materials related to the scientific program, allowing users to submit abstracts and upload and download presentations securely. To do so, you would need to have an Indico account. Below is a short guide on setting up an account and submitting an abstract. There are some fantastic online resources to guide us. We have created this user guide to help you set up an account and get started. Before submitting your abstract: Before submitting, consider all the information you need to first prepare. Enter all your information onto our global submission page, via Indico.

Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the registration date). All registration types are displayed in Australian dollars and GST is NOT applicable.

Early bird full registration fees are available until Friday XX September 2026. Unless indicated, fees are for a full 5-day conference; there are no early-bird or discounted rates offered for single-day registration categories unless you are a schoolteacher or undergraduate student. You are welcome to bring a partner to our Congress Dinner, however you must purchase them a separate ticket. The Australian Institute of Physics cannot offer refunds after XX October, 2026.
